If Wittgenstein believed that an academic career - a path that emphasizes education - is worthless, what did he think one should do in life. Apparently he found no satisfaction in a life, in which he spent time as a soldier, gardener, school teacher, or even an architect at times. Simply the fact that one is a philosopher doesn’t imply that one has to resolve the questions of life to be happy; perhaps, retrospectively, he told himself that he would be happier, had he not pursued his eventual academic career. If one becomes a philosopher, one has to give in to not obtaining definite answers to problems. At the same time one needs the drive to want to answer these questions. Truth to be told, the last two sentences I have written resemble a paradox; Maybe it was this paradox that led Wittgenstein to his negative taste on life.
Here’s to the crazy ones. The rebels. The troublemakers. The ones who see things differently. While some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.

- Networking characteristics of slime mould can be mind-boggling
This video was made to provide the raw data for a research project that I have set myself; This research project is aimed at investigating whether slime mould consistently forms the same physical networks, or whether it always forms a completely random network each time.
It was filmed using a Canon G12 digital camera and a stand. Additionally, it was directly plugged into power due to the first and the last exposures being about 120 hours apart. The exposures were later adjusted using iMovie, in order to make the slime mould better visible.
The organism Physarum Polycephalum that is yellow in this video can be seen to to form clear physical networks between oatmeal flakes that have been placed in exactly the same distances from each other in each dish. The goal was to see whether the networks become similar or different. A second condition was made in which a network that has already formed, was introduced with oatmeal flakes that were placed within those dishes.
